Our bike rental process is simple. You select a bike, provide the necessary information, sign the rental agreement, pay the rental fee, and enjoy your ride.
Q. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! Cancel at any time by contacting us and returning the bike within 24 hours of the agreed cancellation date. NOTE: You must provide a 1-week notice before returning the bike and may be subject to fees as per the payment schedule specified within section 1.3
Q. What documents do I need to provide for renting a bike?
You will generally need to provide a valid identification document such as a driver's license or passport. Additionally, proof of address to verify the garaged address will be required.
Q: How long can I rent a bike for?
You can rent a bike for the selected number of weeks or even longer, depending on your needs.
Q: Do you provide safety equipment with the rental?
Yes, we provide safety equipment such as helmets, location tracker, locks, and lights along with the bike rental. Your safety is our priority.
Q: What happens if the bike gets damaged during my rental period?
In the case of minor damages caused by normal wear and tear, you will not be held responsible. However, if the bike is damaged due to negligence or misuse, you may be responsible for repair costs.
Q: Is bike insurance included in the rental fee?
Bike insurance is not typically included in the rental fee. However, you may purchase your own additional insurance coverage from an insurer for the duration of your rental.
